The level database is what makes Bugged a unique game. Currently there are 30 levels to choose from from our database. To download a level you need to be a member of the site. Membership is free and we only need a few details. Once you have registered you can start getting levels sent to your phone.

Game levels

The Bugged game comes with 16 levels already included. You can find any of these levels and 6 more official Bugged levels on the database. To access these levels just search for 'Bugged' in the 'Creator' category.

Receiving Levels

To make it easy for people to buy levels, we have a credit system rather than paying for each level individually. Each credit costs 10p, and the price of a level will vary between 1 and 5 credits. So the cheapest levels cost 10p, the most expensive 50p.

The price of a standard level is 2 credits i.e. 20p. The pricing depends on a number of factors. Size is important, because the bigger a level is, the more information it contains, so more messages are needed to send it to you,which costs us more money. Quality is another factor, as it is unfair to have two levels of vastly different quality the same price.

Uploading Levels

To upload a level, you must be a member of the site. You can register here if you are not a member. The reason you must be a member, is so that we can add details of the level once it has been added to the database.

As an incentive for people to send us levels, every time you send us a level, you will receive 3 free credits. So the fact is, if you make levels and send them on a regular basis, this whole website will be completely free for you! However, the levels must be of a certain quality. To ensure that people do not just send very basic poor levels in the hope of getting free credits, each level is played before it is added to the database. You will only get the free credits once is has been played and added. You can learn exactly how to upload levels here.

Rating

To give people an idea of what the level is like before they buy it, each level has preview picture and a description of it by the creator.

The levels also have a rating out of ten plus comments from the people who have bought it. Only people who have actually bought the level, and nobody else are allowed to comment on levels and give ratings on it.

The rating and comment systems are in place to allow people to have an idea of what they are paying for.
